Massage was fairly good, if a little light. Massage area was rather cold! Booked hoping to receive a Sports Massage - but wasn't able to receive one when I arrived, since none of the Sports Massage therapists were in on the day I booked. It might be worth checking what you've booked with Cucumba first - as it was a little unclear when booked with Wahanda.
This place should really just be better - it has all the ingredients to be good but the staff just don't seem to have a very attitude. When I arrived I was seated in the main area & listened to the staff complaining about the schedule of appointments and genuinely arguing over who took my appointment.
The waxing really wasn't great - the wax was too hot & after mentioning it several times she took to blowing on it to cool it down. It felt very rushed and the end result is there's lots of hairs outstanding. Also the waxing takes place in a big room with just a curtain pulled around the bed. I spent my waxing listen to a guy next to me having waxing & exclaiming loudly about the pain. Very disconcerting.
Wouldn't go back, too many places in soho at a similar price point that are better.
Very happy with the treatment I received as well as with the salon! Very cool and quirky salon, friendly staff, excellent treatment. Would definetely recommend and i would definetely go back!
Great pitstop for a beauty pick me up! I had booked a normal manicure but decided to go for gel nails after seeing the beauticians nails, they happily upgraded my appointment instantly with no problems. Very happy with my nails, would definitely recommend to go.
Nice and quick, professional and happy with result. Good value for money and I will return when needed. Staff are friendly and down to earth and salon is in a good location.
