The nurse was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was also great, 10 main cellulite spots have been treated! I’ve bruised a lot since I have sensitive skin, however I was warned about it and I’m sure will go away soon (around 2 weeks were advised).

When I arrived Kiana was not there to do my thread lift. I wasted over an hour commuting to them only for the practitioner to not even be present. I was told to call back to rebook and I have been calling since yesterday with no response. Refund me or I will perform a chargeback and report you to Trading Standards. The girl on the phone was so unprofessional too. Terrible place.
