Lovely hair stylist. I did not get the 10 mins head massage which I paid for. The steam treatment was fine. The main issue I had was that my hair looked really bad leaving the hairdressers. I have naturally curly hair and she combed my curls out after she dried it, before I could even say not to. My hair was so frizzy and it was in a really bad state afterwards. I think better care needs to be given to different textured hair and the full service. It was definitely overpriced for the outcome and not getting the full service.

I booked a last-minute appointment for Hafida, and what a pleasant surprise it was! My surf-blond was in a terrible state, and she rescued it. The color is natural, the cut is great and my hair looks healthy again. Thank you!
