I’m writing this after complaining by telephone to the owner of the business who has offered compensation, however it is extremely unlikely that I will venture back to Snip In after my experience of a hollywood and half leg wax yesterday. I have never had a more uncomfortable and painful experience during a wax, and after an hour and 10 minutes I was left burning and sore, my therapist telling me it would calm down in 15 minutes. Today I realise I was actually burnt or my skin taken off through the repeated waxing in the same areas and pulling my sensitive skin too much. I paid for a hot wax and got a strip wax. My hope now is that I’m not left with scarring so I would advise against this therapist completely and if I could leave zero stars as a rating I would.

I was greeted by the staff and I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time but I was impressed. They offered me drinks and my hairdresser was very attentive when it came to what I wanted.

I love the treatment i get. Definitely recommend the nashi argan filler treatment for hair and botox. The ladies that work there do an amazing job. Keep it up
