This is the second time I have taken my disabled sister to get her hair cut this salon is great for wheelchair access the staff are also very helpful with helping my sister into the chair and out as well once her hairs done my sister feels comfortable and that’s the most important thing for her .. will definitely recommend this salon and will be bring my sister here for her haircuts moving forward

Rafiq is very welcoming and professional as are all his staff
Natia who coloured and cut my hair did a wonderful job and I left feeling joyous after a hard couple of days where I was feeling quite low and tired!
Can’t wait to go back to do another colour and cut as I trust Natia will do the job well!

I am requesting a full refund for the £280 hair service I received. I provided clear reference photos of the colour and cut I wanted, but the final result is significantly different. The colour is not blended as requested, the haircut does not match the style shown, and my previously natural, healthy hair now appears damaged. I am very disappointed with the outcome and do not feel the service was carried out to a professional standard. Please advise how my refund will be processed.
