i asked for chocolate brown. i was told that the colour would be hard to get which i understood. however i stressed that i didn’t want dark hair without explanation they coloured my hair and it was dark. half way during the service my stylist went without informing me someone else took over. she the told me she wanted to use straighter to curl because it is ‘too thick’ but i booked a blow dry. she was clearly frustrated and rushed my hair. she was doing big sections. the curls didn’t last 30min.
