Disappointed with this service. I went for a free consultation with faded red hair and blonde already coming through from previous colour. I stressed that I wanted brown with no red tones and wanted to strip my hair first, but was told it wasn’t necessary, so I booked in. When the colour was washed out, my hair was clearly red. I raised this repeatedly, but was brushed off and blamed on lighting or wet hair. Polite staff, but I wasn’t listened to and the result didn’t match what was agreed.
