One eyebrow is lower than the other, and the tint was also missed, so they start uneven. I cried when I got home and put my glasses on.

I hope you are well.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the hair service I received last week. I clearly explained how I wanted my hair, but the result did not match my request. Additionally, my hair was not cut properly and was cut too short. I am not very happy with the outcome.
