AVOID! I went to the salon wanting full head brown colour. Stylist picked a dark colour on the chart and I said I think it will be too dark but she was adamant that if I picked those colours it would look like the picture I showed her. Ended up being too dark but she was quick to blame me and I said I had chosen those colours when she was the one to say it would look like the picture so I trusted her. I’ve called the salon repeatedly trying to get this fixed, but no one is getting back to me.
