I loved the hair specialist, Mariia - She was patient and very loving towards my special needs daughter. Thank you so much giving a good experience for my daughter.
Also, I am grateful for the entire Snip n shape team for accommodating to my daughter’s needs.

New to this salon and I did look at reviews before booking a haircut. What unfolded was very distressing for me.Simone lacked proper communication when I had shown pictures and clearly iterated what I wanted, he eventually realised he messed up, handed it to another stylist, without a single word of apology or reassurance that they will undo the damage created.
I waited for 15 minutes for Amina only for her to cut my fringe much shorter leaving with 2 side fringes that were uneven. Horrible.

Amina was so friendly and was so accommodating whilst booking the apt
Lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon and Amina really listened to what I would like having two colour treatments cut and blow dry it looks amazing and everyone has said how natural it looks so pleased with how professional everyone was and the quality of the products used definitely going back for my next apt in 6 weeks
