It was efficient but I didn’t feel that I was welcomed properly and I didn’t know the name of my stylist until I asked at the end.

Following a not-so-good haircut I was feeling depressed and decided to have my hair cut shorter at Snip 'N' Shape near my daughter's home. Masha understood what I wanted and gave me a good cut. I left feeling very much happier. I will be back!
