No frills experience - was busy as first day of lockdown. The receptionist man was friendly. None of the staff seemed happy to be back working. Was left standing as there was only one waiting area seat which I gave up for a woman on crutches. Waited 20 minutes for my appointment to begin. Booked for a eyebrow wax but this treatment didn’t go ahead

Went for a haircut and highlights- unfortunately hair is really damaged and frizzy from the highlights and the hair cut is unintentionally asymmetrical. The salon itself is extremely small from the number of people they try to squeeze into it, so it ends up being very loud and stuffy.
