Pros: nice salon, accessible, parking available after 4 pm, most staff are friendly.
Cons: brushes weren’t clean - had plenty of other customer’s hair. Scissors weren’t cleaned before or after it was used on me.
Experience: Tatiana, lovely lady but a little pushy. I wasn’t sufficiently consulted before my hair was dyed. Colour ended up being too dark, application was rushed and dye remained on my skin. Several grey hairs were missed; Tatiana maintained it was just light reflecting 😳

The hair salon was easy to get to, not far from station and leyton mills. They were very welcoming when i came for my hair appointment. Tatiana was lovely, easy to talk to and professional. I also got a hair treatment done by another lady who was wonderful, made me feel at ease and really relaxed. I love my hair color and hair cut. Thank you xxx would definitely recommend to others x
