Lovely staff, but not an experience I would like to repeat again. No conditioner used when washing my hair as would make it “have less volume”. My hair was blow dried and then a trimmer (electric shaver) was used to “cut” it. I have medium length hair and continue to have split ends. The stylist explained this would provide a blunt cut that would make my hair feel fuller. A few beauty therapist friends have confirmed this is not an effective method. The entire wash+cut+blow dry took just over 25 min even though the appointment was for one hour and still paid full price. I would not recommend this salon for a haircut.
