The quality here has dropped over time so I'm going to cancel my next appt. They now charge an extra £10 for a curly blow dry so I opted for a straight blow dry but this was really poorly done. My hair was frizzy & wavy by the time I got home. I also raised at the beginning of the appt that I didn't think the colour was even. I was told it was fine but after it being coloured it is now even more noticeably uneven & incredibly dark at the bottom. Safety precautions were not sufficient.

I did not see Dana as she has left the job but saw Paolo who I found very caring patient explained what he was going to da and was always making sure I was ok and comfortable.
I would like Paolo to be my hairdresser from now on ward

Very professional and the quality was great. All the props to the guy hairdresser who did the haircut. I don't want to misspell the name, but he works instead of Dana now.👍
