Unfortunately not a great experience.the team there do seem lovely but I can only assume I had a very inexperienced hairdresser cut my hair who should not be cutting hair yet without senior support. This resulted in a very badly uneven haircut.I did call up and go in for a fix up which they did without hesitation. But really not an ideal situation.

The wash was very thorough and relaxing. The blow dry itself was really quick, which is exactly what I like. Overall it was a great experience.

Always a great experience with Tila doing my nails! She is professional, quick, v skilled at her technique, and my nails always look perfect. Rest of staff are super friendly and make you feel like a welcomed regular ☺️
