I am a regular customer and always like the atmosphere at Snip and Shape. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Lilly was very attentive, she gave me some really good advice about my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. She Also recommended a good hair treatment and gave me a lovely head massage too! The service she provided was amazing.

The girl who did it previously had left so Simone was recommended. From the start she seemed disinterested to hear what i was looking for and discuss the images i had prepared. I said repeatedly i wanted a blunt bob, no layers. Disaster from the start and she just cut as she wanted then got really rude when I stopped her as it was looking so old fashioned. She told me I didnt know what I wanted. Another stylist kindly stepped in and tried to fix it. I was literally in tears.
