Sadly this time I had a pretty awful experience. They were three staff down which meant that my stylist had to answer all calls by phone and clients entering the salon which meant my two hour appointment stretched to six hours. I came out with purple hair and a terrible cut which I had to spend £100 the following morning to rectify in another salon known to me. The great sadness for me was although I appreciated how difficult the circumstances were for my stylist, who was a complete darling, I was offered no compensation for the completely drastic hair do. This is unacceptable.
