I had a wash cut and blow dry and it was great I got layers and a fringe I absolutely loved my hair and Dana was great and did a great job with my hair

Paid £30 for a dry haircut that took less than 10 minutes. The booking said it should have taken 45 minutes. Hair was cut over the back of my shoulders which means it’s not even, longer at the front and longer on one side. When I mentioned this I was told ‘NO!’ and that I was wrong. Awful experience, will never return. Need to get my hair cut again by someone who knows what they’re doing.

It was hard to communicate what I wanted and I didn’t feel very welcome or at ease. I wasn’t asked what I wanted enough, and I am okay with the result, but not 100%.
