I never write bad reviews or complain but this was a really awful experience. I went to get highlights for 2 different colours of light blonde and have come out with grey/brown hair nothing at all like I requested or choose from the colour selection. My hairdresser didnt speak English and half way through I checked that it would definitely be blonder as it looked very dark the dye she was putting on, a different hairdresser (as mine didnt understand) reassured me that it was going to be blonde and lighter. Once finished I told the English speaking hairdresser I didnt like it and she looked at me then carried on with her own work. No one offered to help even though my hair was completely different to what I requested, and honestly looks awful. I felt so upset and really fo not like my hair, I wish I never went as my hair before was much better. The worst hairdressing experience I have ever had!

Good staff. Very punctual and friendly. Liiiitle bit disappointed by the technique of shellac as my nails were scratchy, not shaped nicely till the end. Otherwise, nice experience.

Tatiana was fantastic and merged my one tone highlights with my white and greys with light and dark blonds. The cut also looks great! Highly recommend the new salon staff and ambience as well as the value for money.
