I booked a haircut here having read all the wonderful results and was really disappointed with the treatment and haircut I received. Had my hair washed before being asked what I wanted done to my hair so I was unable to show her like I would’ve had it been dry. The haircut itself was extremely brief, my hair has literally been cut across in a straight line. The haircut finished with a blow dry which was extremely frizzy and not smooth, I asked a few times if it could be smoothed out so it was no longer fluffy and there hairdresser did not understand what I mean. Overall a very stressful experience

I have been getting my haircut from Sara for almost a year now and she does my hair exactly how I want it. She’s a very good hairdresser and I would recommend her.
