I went to get a hair cut today. When brushing my hair the lady was really hurting me. She was brushing through it extremely hard and didn’t apologise or ask if I was ok. Haircut was ok however I did feel like she wasn’t really bothered and wanted me out as every time I asked for something she was trying to convince me not to have it.
