Asked for a refund for the wrong colour the so called, inexperienced stylist who took the easiest way out by putting the darkest colour possible just because my roots were dark!!! Even though I asked for a similar colour to match the ends of my hair which was caramel brown!! Instead I had an aubergine, horrible purple colour!! The manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue, put the phone down to my face, when I asked for my money, absolutely refused to refund me!! All of the staff looked so miserable, overall it was an horrible experience, waste of my time and money!! I told the stylist to cut my hair shorter 3 times but she was so nervous and not confident enough to do her job. It was so obvious she doesn’t have the experience!! Poor English and not understanding the customer’s needs!! POOR POOR POOR!!

The worst hairdresser I have ever been. Didn’t get the colour I wanted and was served by an inexperienced member of staff who has completely ruined my hair. Didn’t have a clue how to cut or colour hair whatsoever. My hair colour was an aubergine purple mixed with tones of pink and purple instead of caramel brown..no where near the colour I was after!!!. I have been so disappointed and the manager was useless. Didn’t at all tried to help me when I rang the salon so many times, put the phone down to my face. The rest of the staff absolutely clueless as to how to deliver customer service. I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE 100%. THE WORST EVER!!!

I went to the salon to get my body waxed the Spanish lady is very nice chatty I wish the beauty room was a bit more cooler and the atmosphere more relaxing but other than that she did a really good job I don't have anything negative to say totally recommend the waxing hair not so much ...
