Since I have been already once and they had a record of my last colour, I went again to get my roots done. The girl was nice but definitely she had no idea how to find the right colour for my roots. She was asking me. I ended up with reddish roots in blondish hair , it took 2 hrs appointment just for my roots done, and at the end I had to ask for a wipe to clean the dye stains around my face and forehead. I did myself and I left with red stains. Unprofessional experience, I am already looking to find another place to fix the mess they left me with.
