My overall hair cut was decent however if I was given a proper consultation on what I wanted im sure the cut would have been fabulous. We discussed what type of cut I wanted briefly, which was ok as I thought once cut I would be shown the length, layering and feathers to check if I wanted it shorter.
My hair was cut and styled, I did not get to see the actual length or cut until I straightened it when I got home. I was asked whilst blow drying if I wanted volume to which I said yes but expected to be shown the if the cut was ok before they began styling. I would go back once more to see if they did provide better consultation
