The staff looked so unhappy you could feel a lot of tension in their . Not a very nice atmosphere when you want to feel relaxed and pampered.

Appalling service , asked for light brown and left the salon with very dark brown hair not to mention it was covered with an ash colour so as the days go by my hair is going more and more grey. Salon manager refused to offer refund, offered a measley ยฃ25 refund for a ยฃ74 treatment and now have cost me 100โs of pounds to correct

I was really pleased with my visit to tge salon. The hairdresser, Alex, was very good with understanding that long haired women who want a trim really don't want 3 inches lopped off! I felt pleased she listened & really did just trim. I had layers cut in too & am pleased with the result.

Always a pleasure to get a treatment there. Everyone is super friendly. And staff always knows what you want, even if sometimes you don't know what you want ๐๐
