This was an okay experience, but I wouldn't go back again. They were able to accomodate me despite me being 10 mins late so I appreciate that. However they weren't able to see me until 40 mins after my original appointment time, which makes me think they wouldn't have been able to start my treatment had I been on time.
I noticed a quite a few patches of hair were missed, which I wasn't able to see at the time in the salon.
