This was my first facial, Simi did such a great job, she knew I was nervous and could deal with pain well. She removed my black heads and showed me what they looked like which is good so then I know if I have one. My skin is so smooth now and I love it. She gave me advice as well, I will definitely come back again!

Terrible service. My daughter had an app and they took on walk ins instead making us leave or wait for 1h. We left. Avoid! hardly speaks English too.
