TERRIBLE! Unfortunately the worst wax I have had in years. Melanie seemed nice enough but she absolutely did not know what she was doing when it came to a Hollywood hot wax. To start the “hot” wax was not hot, it was barely luke warm. So each strip was as painful as usual but without removing the hair efficiently. This meant she waxed the same spot multiple times with no better results. I did also mention after the first strip that it was not hot enough, to no avail. Buyers beware!

Treatwell should have correct prices, as in the notes I clearly mention blow dry curls for blow dry they charge £20 and in notes i put curls i wanted blow dry curls down. which note did not also show in my booking. however I wanted to pay at the salon. I was charged £25 which i do not mind atall but please correct the Treatwell page. as there was no blow dry curls option.
I am a regular customer. but when I left, I felt a little humiliated as workers might think I was crying over a £5.
