The staff don't have access to Treatwell bookings, only the "Boss" has who is not always there, so every time a booking is done through treatwell, the staff ask to show proof of payment so they can inform the Boss- not sure why the Boss cant confirm this herself and inform the staff before the appointment. The way the proof is asked for is as if you were trying to sneak in a free haircut. The lady washed my hair but would not cut it until I showed her the proof of online payment and this is when I have been visiting them for over a year!
The staff could really do with some basic customer service skills, may be just a smile to welcome a customer instead of just staring at them as if they are an inconvenience.
I have been a regular customer but this has been mainly due to the convenience of parking. Now having second thoughts about going to this salon again.
The haircut itself was ok, nothing brilliant.
My first visit today and I wasn't disappointed. I got a really nice haircut by Fidona. She listened to what I wanted and she took her time to get it right.
The salon itself was quite busy and crowdedxand I had to wait approx 20 mins to be seen, despite having a booking for 5.30pm. It was worth the wait though and will return for my next cut!
