This was a very disappointing experience. It was my first appointment with Treatwell and I was really looking forward to treating myself to a nice haircut.
I arrived at the salon after booking through Treatwell and was told I wasn't in the diary and they're fully booked and can't do my hair. They added that it wasn't their fault but Treatwell's fault. I wasn't offered any sort of apology but was offered a quick cut. I went with it as I had taken the afternoon off work to make this appointment plus I needed my hair cut. I had a wash and cut which took twenty minutes. It was incredibly rushed and I felt like a total inconvenience.
I came home to find straggly hairs everywhere - overall a pretty poor haircut.
I will most certainly not be going back to this salon. I have also contacted Treatwell and have since discovered that in fact it was the salons responsibility to check their online diary and Treatwell account and should have known about my appointment.
Treatwell have been great, Snippers, you have not!
