This was a very disappointing experience. It was my first appointment with Treatwell and I was really looking forward to treating myself to a nice haircut.
I arrived at the salon after booking through Treatwell and was told I wasn't in the diary and they're fully booked and can't do my hair. They added that it wasn't their fault but Treatwell's fault. I wasn't offered any sort of apology but was offered a quick cut. I went with it as I had taken the afternoon off work to make this appointment plus I needed my hair cut. I had a wash and cut which took twenty minutes. It was incredibly rushed and I felt like a total inconvenience.
I came home to find straggly hairs everywhere - overall a pretty poor haircut.
I will most certainly not be going back to this salon. I have also contacted Treatwell and have since discovered that in fact it was the salons responsibility to check their online diary and Treatwell account and should have known about my appointment.
Treatwell have been great, Snippers, you have not!

The actual service was really good and the waxing was done very well however the staff service was unprofessional. Firstly they have the wrong price on Treatwell and different prices in store. This has happened twice and I’ve complained twice. Treatwell said they’ll deal with it by contacting Snippers account manager but nothing has been done. In the salon Hollywood wax is £15 but on Treatwell it’s £18. When you go in the salon they said the wax is different. There is hot wax and normal wax but the option for normal wax isn’t advertised on Treatwell. So you have to pay £18 for it. Treatwell did give me a £20 voucher code to use but this is the second time I’ve complained about the misleading pricing and nothing has been changed. Also the full body waxing advertised isn’t clear enough. It doesn’t mention Hollywood isn’t included. It includes, full arm, full legs, back and chest. Not bikini line or Hollywood. This should be more clear and prices should be accurate. I go here all the time and every time there’s an issue with pricing or with what is included.
