I liked the salon itself, but I’m really unhappy with the colour of my hair. The balayage isn’t good, it starts in the middle of my hair and it’s very clear where it starts, it’s not blended at all. I have black hair so the balayage not blending in is a BIG issue and it looks like my hair is growing out. I pointed this out and asked her to blend but she didn’t and she made an excuse for it not being blended. I feel like my hair is so damaged from the bleaching and doesn’t even look half decent.

Everyone at the salon was extremely friendly, the perfect level of chit chat (important when you are having a long treatment)
I had one main lady who took care of my hair but the other ladies in the salon jumped in to help speed things up when putting my hair in the curlers for the perm and taking them out again which really helped speed things up.
The perm is great, lots of volume and it’s been a few weeks now and the curl still haven’t dropped at all.
Very happy with the entire experience. I will be booking here again.
