From the beginning it was warm welcoming. Professional and so friendly staff. I’m afraid every new hair salon because my favourite is outside UK. I went for toner and my hair looks so beautiful!!! Colour is amazing. Hair is soft and shiny. I love it!

I liked the salon itself, but I’m really unhappy with the colour of my hair. The balayage isn’t good, it starts in the middle of my hair and it’s very clear where it starts, it’s not blended at all. I have black hair so the balayage not blending in is a BIG issue and it looks like my hair is growing out. I pointed this out and asked her to blend but she didn’t and she made an excuse for it not being blended. I feel like my hair is so damaged from the bleaching and doesn’t even look half decent.
