I booked a specific time and they asked to change it last minute. Then they gave me a different stylist without giving me any option or notice in advance for that matter. Also, I had to ask several times to blend the cut from top to bottom in the back. They should clearly state on the website which time slots and stylists are available. I'm a bit annoyed.
