I visited on a very busy Saturday but was impressed with welcoming, friendly and professional staff that caters for customers of all ages. The best attitude i seen in London for 10 years. My hairdresser communicated with me all the way through the hair cut. I ended up with a fantastic cut that is so easy to manage. I also paid less than expected as I went for rough dry instead of blow dry. All in all a very efficient, professional, well managed and pleasant place. Looking forward to going back & trying different services.

I went to have my hair cut and style. the ladies were lovely, the place well kept and all. However, I showed a picture of how I likedc my hair to be styled/blow dried and it was done with a curling rod. It costs more and I was not told, even if it was only 2 pounds. I was asked if I wanted hair spray and I said yes, only to find that the hair strands were being doused with product and then curled. I thought it odd, but said nothing as I'm not a pro. However, my hair is now pretty dry, even if I have done a hair mask and tons of conditioner.
