I had booked my Friday appointment on the Tuesday but when I arrived the slot had been double booked. There was very little in the way of an apology and I had to wait 35 mins until I could be seen. The problem seems to stem from the fact there are 3 Snippers salons and so as a user of the app, there is the option to choose Team 1, 2 or 3. These apparently refer to each of the salons, but there is nothing to indicate that is the case. I was made to feel like I had booked onto the wrong salon, despite my confirmation email stating my appointment was in Tooting.
I was then given a strip wax instead of Lycon and the staff tried to charge me for the more expensive treatment.
The treatments were done well, but overall the experience wasn’t great, especially as the door to my room wasn’t even closed properly!
