When I came the place was closed, even though I have had an appointment booked. Unprofessional.
Nice staff and able to accommodate last minute. Quite pain free Hollywood waxing, could have been a little more thorough as I still did some work with the tweezers at home afterwards, but good value all in all.
Last minute leg (strip wax), bikini (hot stripfree wax) and an upper lip thread. The 3 sessions took 45 minutes so was quicker than anticipated. Upper lip was quick, then came the leg and bikini wax. This place is a small salon and the lady had the door to the treatment room open, I assume to be able to hear people coming in/out of the front door. I could see rubbish in the corner of the room but the lady who performed the wax was very polite and professional. She did a good job of my legs but I did have some wax residue left which stuck to my jeans. She did my bikini and had me on my front to get my behind, which was new to me as I'm used to lying on my side, holding one knee across at a right angle. The wax was a little hot on the more inner parts/sensitive areas but she did hold off on putting more on, allowing it to cool (she also blew on the wax which was another new experience for me!). Overall it was a good wax, it would be nice to have candles or music one to create a better atmosphere and also it would have been nice for the therapist to leave the room to let me put my clothes back on!
