The facial itself was fantastic. Very relaxing and I felt like I was in there much longer than I actually was. Unfortunately, they were running about 30 minutes behind schedule which was slightly frustrating.
nice staff, massage good, nails not as good (gel manicure chipped 2 days later).
For £30 I would expect a more thorough pedicure feet were not exfoliated and neither nails filed. Staff member seemed unsure what to do although very pleasant and professional pedicures did not seem her area of expertise. She was also only staff member in salon. Overall not bad just not a £30 Luxury Pedicure.
A bit cramped but the nice staff work with what they've got. Very pleased with the eyebrow tint and threading! Hands and nails look healthy too:)
