It took nearly 2.5 hours for a gel removal & new gel manicure. She was lovely, the treatment itself was great. Shop could do with some TLC. I will be going back though.

I feel horrible writing a bad review because Shab was so lovely. However, the polish on the manicure is not good at all. It’s very uneven on four of my nails. On one of them, the top coat doesn’t even go all the way to end. Moreover, the shellac noticeably doesn’t meet the cuticles on any of the nails. Also, the pedicure has left me with grazes on my left foot because she scrubbed so hard. I’m afraid that I simply cannot recommend the salon and will not be returning.
