After reading some reviews I rung up after I had made my booking on treatwell and they hadn't received it so I had to book another time on the phone which wasnt a problem.

When I arrived at the staff had no idea I was coming and were blaming Treatwell. They didn’t even apologise and I couldn’t get my treatment done. They were very rude and unprofessional.
