Farzana was great, she gave advice on exfoliating. She made sure that she did her best to not miss any hair. Would definitely come back! The loyalty card is a bonus as well

Generally a good and thorough wax but I found the wax hotter than usual and struggled with it. She tried to cool the wax before putting it on me but a fan or air con in the room would help, especially in summer time when it’s hotter.

So Beautified will definitely be my regular beauty salon from now on. I don’t get waxed often because of the pain and bad past experiences but Farzana was so great and made me feel so beautiful. She went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and gave me amazing tips on waxing. - thank you so much!
