I’ve been getting Hollywood waxing for over 10 years now and I can easily say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The person clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She struggled so much with the wax, left so much hair behind and so much wax. As someone who’s a retail manager I’ll say this: please educate and train your staff and don’t offer a service if you don’t know how to do it

Great salon. They really took the time to make sure that the colours I wanted for my manicure were right which I really appreciated. Very clean, with music playing and some nice chat!
