WORST EXPERIENCE EVER APRIL 2021
So the actual procedure would have been fantastic if the lady doing it had not made continuous comments regarding my weight and appearance. While having my eyebrows threaded in the main salon room, the beautician proceeded to tell me I had gained a large amount of weight and looked so different( to the one time she had met me previous for the same treatments). To make matters worse, other customers and staff in the room and in very clear earshot of what was being said. Further to this she kept asking me why I had put on weight and if it was hormone issues or just me. Following this lovely experience, I then had to go and have my underarms waxed as this was my pre-booked procedure and felt so uncomfortable and self conscious to remove my clothes in front of someone who had already made derogatory comments about my appearance. While the prices are affordable and the actual waxing and threading wasn’t bad, I will not be returning. As a plus size woman, no one has the right to comment on my size. Assome one who already felt uncomfortable going to waxing treatments due to worries of ridicule re: weight, this has really worsened these fears and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone in the future. I literally cried when I got to my car so thank you for that.
I sincerely hope this happens to no one else. You should not work in a service such as this if you are not able to work around a variety of body types and work in a professional manner.

Horrible atmosphere, everything is filfyand dirty, hostes is standing next to you constantly and make you feel uncomfortable. Not going back
