The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming and the staff were ready and on time for my appointment. The wax was thorough, no pain and Farzana was lovely. I also did a shellac mani and pedi, there was a good selection of nude/pink shades which are my go-to. Very pleased with my mani and pedi thanks Helena. The salon was also very nicely decorated and very clean. Staff sanitised seats/area after each customer. Staff made sure I was happy throughout. Sorry I didn’t have any cash for tips but I’ll be back. Thanks
