I had a full acrylic set with gel polish, very professional done. Very happy with my nails and overall treatment so happy they are reopened now.

Farzana was really sweet, asked me to check if there was any areas she had missed but she was very good and really careful that the wax wasn't too hot for my skin.

The nail technician was amazing but the manger on shift made me wait over 1h for one nail repair which was supposed to last 10 min...Moreover, I had arrived to my appointment 10 minutes earlier since I had another appointment somewhere else shortly after... Manager asked me to wait for 10-15 min 3 times ... letting a walk in customer pass before for a job that could have been done quickly and avoiding unnecessary troubles to customers. Needless to say I won’t be coming back!
