I intentionally booked a certain nail tech but when i turned up for my appointment had somebody else. Although the appointment was fine (albeit quite rushed) I’d rather be informed/have my appointment rescheduled than turn up and have someone other than who I booked with. Also annoying how appointment times get changed without checking with the client first.
