The atmosphere was friendly but my haircut was just not well done. It was rushed and when I got home I noticed that the cut was uneven with random long bits. The towel used while my hair was washed was stained from hair dye and the whole process just felt like they were trying to get my cut done as fast as possible which I wouldn’t of minded if it had been cut well.

Sobrina was lovely but I won't be returning for a wax again. Gave it a couple of attempts but both times I was left sore and almost bruised. In fact, I've never been so sore after a wax. I also got the worst ingrowing hairs after the wax - which I've never experienced. It felt like the hot wax wasn't being left on long enough so it was just tearing at the skin. Sad to leave a review like this but I gave it a second chance and was the same both times :(
