Hadn't been here before and had a really good experience, I booked on the day and they fit me in quickly. It was nicely decorated and I was offered a drink when I got there. Kate was really efficient and I'm very happy with how neat my nails are!

Kate was so lovely and made my nails look gorgeous even though they are so short! She really took her time to make sure each looked perfect & I really appreciate that :) everyone in the shop was lovely xx

I was really disappointed with my experience. Im v happy with my nails but I was v unimpressed with the whole experience. Customer service does not exist in this salon. My nail tech- seemed lovely but didn’t ask one question about me, no conversation. She spoke only to the other employees and answered the phone while doing my nails and didn’t apologise. Staff were eating on the salon floor, on their phones and bitching to each other. It felt like I didn’t exist there.
