Brazilian Waxing
I had the full body scrub.
Professional is what I've read and absolutely agree with - they were prompt and respectful. They make you feel comfortable and the treatment was perfect - my skin does feel renewed!
There are a few small things on staff and ambience which can push them up to 5*.
- a bit more personalisation e.g. addressing you by name during the treatment. And I'm not sure the therapist told me her name?
- a bit more explanation - I personally don't prefer much chatter as I just want to relax and this is what I got :) But it would have been good to be told what sort of product was being used and what she was going to do next.
- confirming who the therapist would be. I only found out I'd be having a male therapist when I got a call that they couldn't make my booking. That was when I asked to change to female therapist for full body scrub. I've put this point down for Treatwell to add as option in their booking form too.
