The clinic was small but spotlessly clean and tidy, and also quiet. Ifelt like a VIP as customers were being seen to one by one (although I did have to wait outside for the one member of staff on duty to finish his last appointment - I think he could do with a member of support staff on reception to help him). The waxing was fast and (something only good clinicians do) I was treated with a pre-application of talcum powder and a post-application of soothing after wax oil which was massaged in rather than just being dumped on. Very thoughtful! It has also done the trick as I have less irritation on my skin than can occur with less thoughtful treatments. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly but my leg wax sadly just wasn't quite thorough enough. Quite a few hairs missed.
