I would say that Shauna is a magician more than a beautician. I am transformed when I leave after a relatively short period of time. I trust her implicitly. She is very knowledgeable. She is always prepared for me which to me means that she respects my time. She is friendly and very personable. She is confident and competent. Always complimentary, upbeat and pleasant. I am in good hands with Shauna and never leave without scheduling my next appointment.
