Rachel was lovely to engage with, she took good care of my nails and explained the steps as she was cleaning, filing and adding the BIAB. I put 4 stars for the experience as with the nail desk being based in a hair salon it was quite noisy and I found it a bit hard to have a good conversation with Rachel as I am deaf. But this is no fault on anyone and the overall experience was still really great!

I wish I could give more stars! Amazing service, thorough consultation about how style change could work. Left feeling confident and so happy with style change decision.
