Cherie has been my hairdresser for over 12 years. She very friendly and makes you feel at ease in the salon. I've been very happy with my hair everytime and she offers lots if advice such as what products to use. The salon is bright and airy and everyone is welcoming and friendly.

Didn't get anything close to ombre hair. Ended up with bleached hair coming from my roots (I have brunette hair!) Cherie offered me to either come back into the salon to get it corrected or my money back. I opted for money back and she THEN decided she'd only give me half of what I paid and became argumentative when I tried to get her to honour her original offer. Had she refunded as agreed I wouldn't have left a bad review as I understand that mistakes happen. My advice: go elsewhere
