i booked an appointment for a biab removal and someone who came in after me without an appointment was dealt with first. after waiting 25 minutes, i was shouted over by an old indian woman who spoke as awfully to her staff as she did to me. she then told me to soak my nails off in the same solution that i had seen the previous person use. she did an awful job of removing the biab as well as cutting me 4 times. she was extremely rough and kept asking for me to change what i wanted because it was
