I booked and paid for an appointment at 5:30 but an hour later I was still no where near being seen. I had to ask for a refund as I was going to miss my train home. I’ve had a couple of good experiences here but sadly not this time.

The technician was very slow and was distracted by her phone, even though I am happy with the paint job, my nails are all different lengths, some are slightly longer than the others
