This is most definitely the nicest salon I've ever visited in Leeds. It has the ambience of a relaxing spa and the customer service of Harrods! The staff are sooo friendly as oppose to any other nail salon staff in Leeds. My treatment was done by Jenny who explained the treatment to me beforehand and looked after me throughout. I am pleased with the results and can't praise it enough in a review alone. Ive already made my next appointment with Soho again and this time I will be taking my girlfriends with me! Thanks Soho!

Lovely friendly staff however had to wait nearly 15mins from my scheduled appointment as they forgot to heat up the wax. The room downstairs was large and cool, they have great interior. I have been having bikini waxes for nearly 3 years now so am used to the procedure, in this particular instance I was not made to feel at ease (lots of pottering around and searching for things). Entering a new salon you want to feel confident in the beautician especially on such a private area but I was not convinced. I came out in a rash with lots of red dots which is unusual as like I say I get waxes frequently. After the wax back home there were lots of dried wax left on my bikini line and inside legs which had turned a black colour.
